These terms apply to your use of ikirtesh.dev and any freelance services provided by Kirtesh Admute. Please read them carefully before engaging.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing ikirtesh.dev or engaging my freelance services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or my services.
Services
I offer freelance web development, UI/UX design, and consulting services. The scope, timeline, and deliverables for each project are defined in a separate project agreement or proposal shared before work begins.
Payment Terms
Payments are due as specified in the project agreement. Typically, a 50% deposit is required before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon project completion. Late payments may result in work being paused.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you receive ownership of the final deliverables specific to your project. I retain the right to display the work in my portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing. All third-party assets (fonts, libraries, stock images) remain subject to their respective licenses.
Revisions
Project agreements include a defined number of revision rounds. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope will be billed at my standard hourly rate. Revisions do not include new features or changes to the original scope.
Confidentiality
I treat all client information, business logic, and source code as confidential. I will not share, sell, or disclose your proprietary information to third parties without your written consent.
Limitation of Liability
My liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project. I am not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of delivered work, including but not limited to lost revenue or data.
Warranties
I warrant that all work is original and does not infringe third-party intellectual property rights. I do not warrant that the website or delivered software will be error-free or uninterrupted. I provide a 30-day post-launch support window to fix bugs in the delivered scope.
Termination
Either party may terminate a project engagement with 7 days written notice. Work completed to the termination date will be billed at the agreed rate. The deposit is non-refundable if termination occurs after work has begun.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, followed by binding arbitration if necessary.
Changes to Terms
I may update these terms periodically. Continued use of this website or my services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The last updated date is shown at the top of this page.
